Yes, we are aware of the limit change.
And yes, we are not pleased with it at all.
The upload limit for deviants has been downgraded to 10 submissions a day. We are not sure if this includes groups as well.
Unfortunately, there is nothing we can do about it ourselves.

We are terribly sorry, but you are going to have to deal with this until it is resolved/fixed.
