Touhou Fangame (Help needed!)

Greetings, everyone. This is PeppermintCandyArt and I'm one of those ambitious fans who are willing to create a fangame. I am posting this journal in behalf of Team Milkyway Palette, a team me and space--penguin made a few months ago.

So, what is this game I'm talking about? It's none other than Touhou Tanshokuniji ~ Paradise of Nonexistent Colors! It will be a Danmakufu game featuring characters from the Touhou universe (Fanon included!) and brand new bosses. It will have mechanics such as the Color Orb System, Subterranean Animism-style teams (except with complete portraits), and for those who are new to playing this game: a Tutorial Mode! Sounds fun, right?
But of course, we can't do the game ourselves. We need help with some stuff:

- Japanese Translation. Even though I know some Japanese, I'm still not competent enough to make a whole story in that language.
- 3D Backgrounds. In my own eyes, it's the biggest obstacle of a Danmakufu scripter. Rendering the graphics and stuff is quite hard, so please join if you know how to do this.
